Fire Recovery USA has been great to work with.  I started as the Fire Chief in Knoxville, Iowa in September of 2018, and right from the start the staff was great about answering question, providing feedback on where we could make effective changes.   The staff especially Noreen has been very helpful in rewriting contracts with local care centers and with Hospice.   The staff has gone above and beyond to assist us.
